The 59th Annual Grammy Awards is coming to the Staples Centre on the 12th of February with an incredible line-up of versatile performers. With artists like John Legend, Metallica, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urbanย performing at the award ceremony, we know the night will be an unforgettable one for sure. But turns out, the good news just keeps coming. The Recording Academy has recently announced that our favourite singer, Adele, will be joining the star studded line-up too!

The artist will be performing a song from her massively successful 2015 album ’25’. ย This album finished as the year’s bestselling album in the United States for two years in a row! Not to mention, it is the second biggest album of the millennium too. Oh and FYI-ย The number one spot was also taken by her. Competing with oneself for the highest spot? That’s what we call genius!
In addition to her live performance, Adele is nominated in five categories this year alone! Whether it’s album of the year and best pop vocal album for ’25’ or record of the year, song of the year and best pop solo performance for her successful hit song ‘Hello’; the artist will be taking the spotlight for sure! After all what else would you expect from a 10-time Grammy winner!
This year, the Grammy’s will be hosted by Late Late Show Host, James Corden. Beyonce, Drake, Rihanna and Kanye West lead the pack with nomination this year. ย However, we think our gal Adele is going to be the one lighting the stage on fire, don’t you agree?
