Rumours suggest Woodstock is set to return on a much grander scale in 2019 to celebrate 50 years!
So unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know what Woodstock is. Just, you know what every single festival right now tries to be. Β Also the greatest representation of the hippie movement of the 70’s. In other words, a drugged up fiesta that taught a generation of people how music can bring freedom.

Now that we are all on the same page, let’s begin by getting very, very excited about the fact that it might be coming back.Β In an interview with the Poughkeepsie JournalΒ the festival’s original organiser, Michael Lang, who was behind 1969, 1995, and 1999 events, “discussions are underway with potential partners and different locations are being explored.”Β Lang also mentioned that he foresees an annual festival, bearing the Woodstock name, continuing on beyond the 50th anniversary.
