The band might be making a return to the festival after cancelling their appearance last year.
Glastonbury announced Radiohead as their first major headliners for the festival taking place at Worthy Farm this year, but rumours cannot die down about The Foo Fighters making their way to the festival this time.
The group have been sending fans ‘flight tickets’ for a fictitious ‘Obelisk Airlines’ with first class tickets stating the check-in time at 18:00 on 21st February, signed off with Dave Grohl’s signature.

Their website also displays a departure board and, adding fuel to the fire, a fan spotted a large airplane outside the festival venue.

Last year, the band was set to take the main stage at the festival but front man Dave Grohl broke a leg which led to the last-minute cancellation of the gig. They were replaced by Florence + The Machine. This year, many other major acts like Ed Sheeran, Depeche Mode, Gorillaz, Lady Gaga and others have been rumoured to be featured on the multi-genre line-up for the festival.
The band haven’t official announced the gig but we’re looking forward to the performance!
