A festival that truly captures the spirit of yoga and its diverse styles from around the world, Zambhala is a journey every yoga-lover needs to take.

Yoga is interpreted in a multitude of ways – from ancient Vedic wisdom, to modern new age styles. This beautiful Goan festival invites people to live and experience these different styles of yoga. Zambhala is a festival guided by masters from Canada, Japan, the US, France, and from the six Gurukuls of India. In 2013, the festival hosted yogi masters like Jehangire Palkhiwala, Deepika Mehta, Duncan Wong, Eoin Finn, The Yoga Institute and many others.

Zambhala is the true creative pursuit a yoga follower can get. Taking place in Ashvem, Morjim on December 21-22 this year, Zambhala follows an expressive outlook, as it brings together not just yoga practitioners, but healers, therapists, artists, musicians and doctors together, for a getaway unlike any other. It claims to be India’s largest yoga and spirit festival, with a turnover that hits thousands. The community of Zambhala is niche, as it comes together to promote interaction and belonging.

The festival will see Shamans from Peru and across India, Sufi Masters from Istanbul, the world’s leading Nutritionists and naturotherapists, experts in past life regression, pranic healing, meditation, dream interpretation, fitness, dance therapy and more perform, give workshops and take us on a journey of emotional, spiritual and physical growth. Personalities like Anahata, Geshe Lhakdor-La, Herbert Quinteros, Bindu Maira, Anu Mehta and The Red Tent have been a part of the LifeSpirit lineup.
