Making its debut on the first dune of the Thar, at Reggie’s Camel Camp in Jodhpur.
A unique festival is making its way to the Desert State for two magical nights and three days! Designed as an intimate setting for just 500 seekers, Mahindra Open Sky will be held from November 24 – 26, 2017 and will be hosted at Reggie’s Camel Camp Osian, near Jodhpur which boasts of a royal lineage.
Housed in a fortified structure, it features a full-size camel racing track, a lush, manicured garden, swimming pool, bars, dining, lodging areas, viewing decks and much more. A specially curated line-up of Indian and international artists will be taking stage over the course of the festival.

The ancient village of Osian is located 65 kilometers away from Jodhpur and is the gateway to the beautiful Thar desert. It is well known for its centuries-old temples and proud local tribes such as the Bishnoi and the Bhils and craftsmen including potters, weavers and more. The area is also home to desert fauna with Bluebulls, Gazelles, Foxes, Peacocks, and Partridges.

The Festival will offer attendees two exclusive Mahindra activities! The Off-road Driver Course is where you’ll learn how to handle the mighty 4x4s in their element while experts introduce you to the basics of off-road driving on advanced vehicles such as the Mahindra Thar CRDe 4×4 and the Mahindra Scorpio 4WD. The other exclusive activity is the Mini Expedition which is a 2-hour guided tour of the countryside through the Thar Desert on the wheels of a Mahindra UV.
You’ll get to start your day with a refreshing and energizing wellness session by Deepika Mehta, which will be followed by camel races, champagne sunsets, sundowner sessions, romantic dinners on the dunes, bonfire and barbecue nights, star gazing, and film screenings under the stars. Your evenings will be filled with some amazing music by artists such as Papon Live, Ayushmann Bhava, Sam Lewis (USA), Anand Bhaskar Collective, Parekh & Singh, Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator and Nikhil D’Souza!
