The Amsterdam-based promoters are spreading their wings by partnering with CTS EVENTIM, the largest ticketing brand of Europe.
With this latest joint venture, the firm will focus on the organisation of Electronic Dance Music concepts by anchoring regions such as Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich and Berlin. ALDA, which is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is a global producer and promoter of electronic music and DJ shows. In Germany, it will be based in Hamburg.
ALDA’s responsibilities include AMF, which was recently held between 19th to 23rd October 2016. It is the biggest festival in Amsterdam which takes up almost half of the total ticket revenue on its behalf. The company also organises world tours of top DJ’s such as Armin van Buuren and Hardwell.
CTS EVENTIM is the European market leader in ticketing and one of the largest organisers in the live entertainment space, making it a well-experienced partner to take on the German market. Speaking on their latest partnership, Klaus-Peter Schulenberg, CEO van CTS EVENTIM stated, “ALDA has an abundance of knowledge and international experience in organising dance concepts.
