A special psytrance gathering in Goa has capitalized on the long Independence Day weekend andย will bring you a blistering festival with a few of the finest local and international names from across theย psychedelic genre spectrum. Freedom Blast, now in it’s fifth year, has programmed something extraordinary this year over two mindblowing locations in Goa this August.
Goa’s spectacular psytrance culture attracts flocks of people to the city from India and abroad, and Freedom Blast has always been successfully pulled off since its inception five years ago. Not only have they locked down an Elysium of the best in psytrance – (Mad Scientist, Arsh, Boom Baba, Fractal Dimension, Tune Squad, Space Alien among others), they’ve also expanded their weekend to another venue, away from their Club Westend home in Goa. Plans for August 16 – 17 include an afterparty at the Diwar Island in Panjim – ย a special addition for this year.
They’ve still not announced the names of a few headliners, but a little birdie told us that they’re one of the most adhered to psytrance names on the globe.
