We just can’t stay calm as the Ministry Of Sound announced their Autumn/Winter schedule!

After celebrating it’s 26th birthday on the 30th September with DJ Harvey, who pulled out all his trademark tricks and unpredictable selections on the night, The Ministry Of Sound put together a spectacular galore with Harvey Sutherland, disco dons In Flagrante and Ministry founder Justin Berkmann playing along.

But it was not just Ministry Of Sound’s birthday celebration line-up that got us excited, right along Ministry Of Sound announced their Autumn/Winter schedule with Louie Vega, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Klingande, et al. In these three months the Ministry Of Sound embarks on a musical journey one has never experienced before.

Come October 7, German house pin-up Fritz Kalkbrenner is all set to make a much anticipated debut along with guests . The ever colourful Glitterbox will mark his return on October 14th alongside the New York house pioneer Louie Vega (and again on December 9th with guest TBA). Adding onto the line-up is a rather ghoulish and freaky Halloween planned with Veryverywrongindeed on October 28th.

November will see the mainstay house label Defected throw a party on the 4th. And while the soulful house crew Groove Odyssey is all set have an 8th birthday with disco edit extraordinaire Dimitri From Paris headlining on the 11th November, Audio Rehab’s underground deep tech house sound is all set to mark its return on the 18th.

Post a stellar line-up in October followed by November, Ministry Of Sound plans to take the stakes higher in December. As we close in near Christmas, the last show will headline scratch king A-Trak playing at Together and DJ Harvey signing off for the year. Closing the year with yet another NYE extravagance is a line-up stacked with Rinse performing from their Boxing Day playlist, and will end with MOS calling it the night.
