India’s Biggest Hip-Hop Dance Festival Grand Finale Stunned Mumbai Crowds!
On the 11th of November 2017, the Grand Finale of Breezer Vivid Shuffle took place in Mumbai’s Famous Studios, with a fantastic lineup that included 117 finalists battling it out to be India’s finest in their respective categories, alongside a plethora of international talent who performed to the delight of the audience. Created in coalition by Breezer and Only Much Louder, the festival is the ultimate platform for hip-hop, with the Grand Finale serving as the culmination of 5 hard-fought regional battle rounds that took place throughout India, showcasing the finest in the nation’s talent.

Brand ambassador and Bollywood Superstar, Varun Dhawan had announced the festival in September. “Dance in India is going through an exciting phase with the growth of Hip-hop culture. It’s been a rewarding experience to associate with Breezer Vivid Shuffle to give talent from across the country the space to showcase their moves. It’s simply inspiring to see so much passion in today’s youth for hip-hop, this is an absolute game-changer for the Indian scene.” Quoted the actor and hip-hop influencer.
India’s biggest hip-hop dance festival, Breezer’s Vivid Shuffle attracted over 1,300 participants through 5 regional rounds that took place in Guwahati, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai. The winners came from all over the country, with He-Man from Delhi winning the one-on-one Popping category (with 1st runner-up: Manish from Delhi); BBoy Flying Machine from Mumbai acing the one-on-one Breaking category (with 1st runner-up: BBoy Panther from Mumbai); Same Age Crew from Delhi emerging triumphant in the All Styles Crew Battle (with 1st runner-up Indian Roc from Delhi) and; the Offbeat Crew conquering the All Styles Crew Showcases (with 1st runner-up Gang13).

Along with the Breaking, Popping and Crew All Styles Finals, there were also performances by Divine, Abish, and Kenny along with showcases from BBoy Differ, Marie Poppins, The Kinjaz and Desi Hoppers (including Shantanu Maheshwari).
