As the country recovers from it’s calamitous World Cup performance, there’s good news for Brazilian ravers as Tomorrowland sets it’s sights on a South American edition of the festival. 

Following a successful expansion to North America as TomorrowWorld, ID&T – organized festival heavyweight Tomorrowland is looking to expand to it’s continental neighbors in the samba friendly land of Brazil.

This could be great news for the Brazilian masses as they struggle to cope with the disappointment of finishing 4th in their own World Cup. Rumors suggest that the densely populated city of Sao Paolo will stage the festival.

Brazil seems like the perfect destination to host a festival the scale of Tomorrowland, with the tremendous festival culture around the entire country and also the fact that it’s the birthplace of Samba – the infectious dance genre.
