We were all promised a great line-up and seems like it’s slowly building up to that! Anoushka Shankar, Vangoffey, DJ Premier and Jose Gonzalez currently announced! 

The wait is finally over, well, somewhat. The Bacardi NH7 Weekender just dropped some of the names the music festival is going to be seeing in Pune, Shillong and Hyderabad. Here are the artists they’ve announced so far!

1. Pune

Pune has some big names about to take the stage in December. Hold your horses, STEVEN WILSON IS FINALLY HERE! No this is not a drill, the prog-rock legend is finally set to unleash some madness in Pune, one HUGE reason you should be there. The names that have already been announced include headliners like celebrated sitar player Anoushka Shankar, RAC, The Joy Formidable, Pune favorite Nucleya, UK supergroup Vangoffey, american record producer DJ Premier and Swedish indie folk-writer Jose Gonzalez! The other artists who have been announced so far include Nicholson, Mosko, Sapta, Papon, Thaikkadum Bridge, As We Keep Searching, Abish Matthew & Kenneth Sebastian and When Chai Met Toast among many more! The lineup has a lot of old names coming back as well as new artists taking the front row!

2. Shillong

Shillong being an artists favorite venue has some good names on their roster so far. The international names that have been announced include Steven Wilson and Vertical Horizon. Also performing are Nucleya, Vir Das’s Alien Chutney, Farhan Akhtar Live and Dualist Inquiry! They have locals Alobo Naga and The Band, When Chai Met Toast, Tejas Menon, Aberrant, Papon, As we Keep Searching and Sapta! More artists to be added soon!

3. Hyderabad

The first edition of the Bacardi NH7 Weekender is about to go down in Hyderabad and they have an insane line up to look forward to! Right from UK band Dinosaur Pile Up, The Skavengers, Nucleya, Parvaaz, indie rock legends Indian Ocean, Ankur and The Ghalat Family, Spud In The Box, Bhayanak Maut and Alluri. We’re certain that more amazing names will be joining this list soon!
