Awakenings New Year is all set to open its door to the biggest party of the season at the Gashouder.
Staying true to its traditions, Awakenings New Year has yet again finalised on Gashouder on the Westergasfabriek terrain in Amsterdam as it’s venue to host their upcoming edition of the New Year celebration.Β Also introducing a day programme during the coming edition of the New Year celebration, Awakenings plans to open its doors on Saturday, December 30 at 1200 hrs for the New Yearβs Special By Day, featuring Joris Voorn, Richie Hawtin, and Chris LiebingΒ among others. The party will be put to an end atΒ 2200 hrs.
The first evening session on December 30 will host a lineup of top international techno artists by the likes of Adam Beyer and Loco Dice, as well as other artists who are on the list of the Early New Yearβs Special By Night. Closing the night will be a spectacular performance by Joseph Capriati.
On Sunday, December 31, waving goodbye to the year 2017 will be a New Yearβs Eve Special where top international DJs will be present. At 2230 hrs Makam will open the evening, while at midnight Maceo Plex will usher in the New Year. Followed by which will be a performance by Pan-Pot and Amelie Lens who will close the night!
The Awakenings New Yearβs Day Special on Monday, January 1 also has a top lineup from 1900 hrs to 0700 hrs by the likes of Roman Lindau, Remko Beekwilder, Charlotte de Witte, Sam Paganini, Len Faki and Dax J. The three-day New Year Celebration will be culminated with Headstrong (Randomer & Clouds).
