An academy that will bring together producers, labels and fans to create a complete electronic music community.

Are you a music producer looking for your big break? Here’s your chance to shine! Record labels and music lovers are looking for YOU. Amsterdam based record label Armada Music along with Google, Point Blank Music School and media partner DJ Mag are collaborating to launch the ‘Academy of Electronic Music’ that will seek to connect music makers all across the world, find and develop the next generation of superstar DJs and producers, all via a completely social music school.

This “socially-driven” school will allow up and coming producers to get feedback from peers, industry experts and also their favorite DJs. In addition to this, they will also have the chance to be mentored as the world’s next superstar producer. You’re invited to submit your tracks as the people vote for the 50 best ones and learn along with the 7 finalists as they prepare for their biggest release.

On October 19th Armada Music will be announcing the 7 talents chosen to be part of the Academy of Electronic Music’s class of 2013 during Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). The Academy kickstarts on October 21st  as the 7 budding producers will begin their lessons via Google Hangout. And to let all of you benefit from the industry experts’ knowledge, these sessions will be broadcast to the people.

The online platform and launchpad for talented music producers is giving you the opportunity to go places!
