The spidery monsterΒ is back!
Glastonbury will once again be featuring the renowned Arcadia Spectacular stage. Shaped like a giant mechanical spider with flames shooting out of its body and the artists dropping tunes from the underbelly make for a true audio-visual treat. Arcadia Spectacular has already been making heads turn at several large scale Electronic Music festivals including Ultra. The stage was given a permanent spot at Glastonbury in 2014 after a long history of collaborations since 2007.
The stage will run through the night from Friday to Sunday, starting up at 11:30 PM everyΒ evening.Β Carl Cox, Daniel Avery, Eats Everything, Heidi, Andy C, Dub Phizix & Strategy, Shy FX & Stamina MC, Basement Jaxx, Craig Charles, The Heatwave and Todd Terry are a few among the acts who will perform from inside the spider. In addition, aΒ new experimental Arcadia band The Mechanical Orchestra will also be making their debut.
