The 19th edition of the fantasy-themed camping festival to feature electronica heroes 3Lau, Amtrac, Adrian Lux, and many more
The line-up for the 19th annual Nocturnal Wonderland festival is out. The longest-running dance music festival in America will be held at the San Manuel Amphitheater & Grounds on September 5 and 6, 2014. This end-of-summer celebration promises to take fans into a mystery-themed realm, complete with roaming theatrical creatures and curious characters, beautiful decor and interactive art installations. The festival will feature four stages that will host world-class performers.
For the second year, fans will have the chance to join the Nocturnal Wonderland camping community by staying overnight on the grounds adjacent to the festival. The campground will open on Thursday, September 4, a day prior to the start of the festival, which begins on Friday, September 5. Campers will have exclusive access to a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, swimming, water slides, Frisbee golf, fishing, food trucks, and a silent disco, which will go on until 6 a.m.
Pasquale Rotella, founder and CEO of Insomniac, the event management company that organises the festival, says,
“Nocturnal Wonderland isn’t just the first festival I produced, it’s also the longest running dance music festival in North America and its SoCal roots are a big part of that 19-year history.”
Some notable artistes on this list are Bingo Players, Dyro, Nicky Romero and Martin Garrix. Moreover, you’ll see breakout duo Slander and house pioneer DJ Dan as part of the line-up as well.
