1. All Good Music Festival
Where: Summit Point, West Virginia
When: July 9 to 11

All Good Music Festival will take shape at Berry Hill Farm at Summit Point this weekend, giving shape to a perfect summer festival amidst greeneryΒ in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Not only does the festival boast of a great line-up including names like STS9, Thievery Corporation, Lotus, John Butler Trio and Cake, but it includes a great slew of camping activities fit for the location. Not just that, the festival encourages community spirit with local vendors and volunteers.

2. 80/35 Music Festival
Where: Des Moines, IA
When: July 10 to 11

The 80/35 Music Festival bears historical significance to the city of Des Moines in Iowa. The story goes that a decade ago when the city of Des Moines bore a lifeless musical community, it was the 80/35 festival that inspired a live music culture. The festival boasts of some popular acts likeΒ Run The Jewels, Talib Kweli, Jenny Lewis, Lettuce, along with a slew of local artists to hoot for, while it brings in audience from as far as Hawaii and Oregon.

3. Basilica Block Party
Where: Minneapolis, MN
When: July 10 to 11

It’s a music festival that began to fund the structural restoration of the historic Basilica of Saint Mary. Over the years, the festival has helped fund its regular restoration as well as the preservation of the historic landmark. But the festival does not disappoint with the brilliant line-up it churns out year after year.

4. The Ride
Where: Telluride, CO
When: July 11 to 12

The Ride presents the quintessential summer musical experience, with mountains surrounding the festival venue, the sunset that can be viewed from a distance, and some good ol’ American music while you lay sprawled out on the green grass with your family!
