Forbes Magazine is hosting its inaugural ‘Under 30′ Summit in Philadelphia this October, and they’ve packed the schedule with some impressive and diverse names. The Philadelphia gathering kicks off on Sunday, October 19, up until October 22, at the Piazza at Schmidt’s. To maximize the impact of the music festival, Forbes has partnered with The Global Poverty Project, a nonprofit that fights to end extreme poverty by 2030. And with Afrojack, Wiz Khalifa, LP and OCD: Moosh And Twist headlining it, it’s going to be spectacular.
The Under 30 Summit is an extension the magazine’s annual 30 Under 30 list, which features 30 game-changing entrepreneurs under 30, in 15 fields, as judged by some of the greatest minds in each category. Attendees of the summit will be culled from the past three years of this list, which has become one of the magazine’s most popular franchises.
The prestige speakers include: Malala Yousafzai, Oculus founder Palmer Luckey, Tinder CEO Sean Rad, Accel Partners’ Jim Breyer, AOL’s Steve Case, Danny Meyer, Paypal’s Peter Thiel, FEED’s Lauren Bush Lauren, Mashable CEO Pete Cashmore, Warby Parker co-founder Neil Blumenthal, Spanx founder Sara Blakely, Thrillist CEO Ben Lerer, Petra Nemcova, LearnVest founder Alexa Von Tobel, Monica Lewinsky and Thrive Capital’s Josh Kushner, among others.
Forbes is producing the concert in partnership with The Global Poverty Project, the organization behind the annual Global Citizen Festival in New York’s Central Park. Know more about it HERE.
