The biggest dance party will be back in Netherlands in the month of October!

The long awaited 22nd edition of Amsterdam Dance Event is all ready to take place this year from the 18th-22nd October at new venues!

After spending the last 16 years at Felix Meritis, AED will be moving to Hello DeLaMar Theater as renovations will be taking place at their older venue. Joining the theatre, Tolhuistuin, Brakke Grond and Melkweg will also play hosts for the event.

ADE director, Richard Zijlma stated, “Having been sold out for the last seven years, plus with more delegates coming from an ever greater number of countries, especially Korea, China, Africa, India and South America, the renovation of the Felix Meritis offers us an opportunity to try a different venue. We are excited and optimistic about the new conferencing and networking possibilities that the Nieuwe DeLaMar Theater offers, and we’re confident that delegates will find it a spectacular and inspiring space.”

But this isn’t the only new approach by the festival. ADE will also be introducing a new ticketing system which will allow delegated to choose day and night activities with a daytime-only pass being available. The regular 5 day/night tickets will still be on sale.

This year will also see the ADE Global View panel shining a light on the new hub of Morocco which is growing as a hub for night clubs and hosting various music festivals each year.

We’ll keep you all updated on the line-up for the event as soon as they are announced! Check out their Facebook page here.
