CRSSD Festival to have a glamorous International Sake Day celebration with the inclusion of Richie Hawtin’s ENTER.Sake bar.ย
Known as a techno icon and world-renowned DJ, Richie Hawtin is also a devoted sake connoisseur andย with his appearance at this monthโs CRSSD fest will bring his own brand for an exclusive tasting.
ENTER.SAKE is a line of the Japanese libation developed after years of research which earned Richie an Advanced Sake Professional Certification by the Japanese Sake Brewers Association in 2014. Sparing no expense with this fallโs CRSSD Festival, Richie is using the platform to promote the ENTER. experience by curating a special ENTER.Sake menu at the festival to coincide with International Sake Day. The menu will feature three of Richieโs creations:
ENTER.SAKE BLACK โ Honjonzo
โOur signature sake. Made in a mountain valley gap in the Japanese Alps between Nagoya and Nagano. Clean and pure as its idyllic water source; made with local rice.โ
ENTER.SAKE SOOKUU โ Junmai
โFujioka Shuzo is an incredibly small brewery with Fujioka-san personally overseeing each step of theย labor and time intensive process to produce a truly handmade sake. In 2002, 5th generation Masaaki Fujioka re-opened the brewery establishing the new sake brand โSOOKUUโ aiming to brew a Sake with its taste reflecting a gentle clear blue sky.โ
ENTER.SAKE SILVER โ Junmai Ginjo
โA fragrant and aromatic sake with a hint of perceived sweetness. A perfect aperitif drink or introduction to sake. Good weight on the palate with a smooth finish.โ
