Echoes of Earth is almost here and we couldn’t be more thrilled!

India’s 1st ecologically-crafted music festival will return this November! A hub for music lovers and people who care about sustenance and preservation of the Earth, the festival will see a fine blend of Indian and International musicians and artists coming together to perform in the scenic brilliance of mother nature! This year’s theme is ‘Bugs of the Ecosystem’ and we’re bugging out at the thought of it! If you were looking for motivation to book your tickets, here’s a handy list made just for you!

1.The Earth-Friendly Festival

Echoes of Earth was created with the idea of saving our environment by living healthy, sustainable lives and reducing waste. The festival will team up with waste management organizations to provide solutions for waste collection and disposal. There will be no scarcity of garbage cans, bio-degradable cutlery, upcycling and recycling. A celebration of the environment, the festival will take place in the midst of nature, while raising awareness amongst festival audiences about eco-conscious living.

3.The Dragonfly Stage

The EOE team collaborated with Artist Hemangini to birth this one-of-kind stage inspired by the Dragonfly. The inspiration came from the way the sunlight bounces off of the wings of the Dragonfly, creating subtle intricate patterns. The giant wings of the insect were constructed with recycled scrap metal and fabric and stand 55 feet tall amidst a background of trees and vegetation. The wings will be brought to life with the use of 3D projection mapping to bring you a visual experience second to no other!

4.The Channapatna, Toy Town Stage

Influenced by the cultural heritage of Channapatna Toys, and the ancient art of puppetry and toy-making, this stage will be one of the highlights of this year’s edition of the festival. Standing over 60 feet tall, this stage is constructed out of bamboo and paper, even integrating a junked ‘Columbus Ship’.

5.Enchanting Installations

Following this year’s theme of ‘Bugs of the Ecosystem’, there will be many bug-themed installations to look forward to! This Entry Installation is inspired by the metamorphosis of a caterpillar into a butterfly and reflects the cause of the festival beautifully.

EOE will return on the 18th and 19th of November 2017, over 150 acres of scenic beauty situated in Bangalore.
