In Pictures: The Absolute Madness At San Diego Comic Con 2016!

So the annual San Diego Comic Con concluded this Sunday at the San Diego Convention Center!

The 4 day event which sees some of the biggest announcements in TV and films saw some big trailers being shown. One of the major attractions at the fest are the tons of incredible cos plays by fans who absolutely LOVE their fan fiction. The convention saw some of the grandest and the most detailed costumes ever put on show!

It’s no surprise that there were A LOT of Star Wars cos players walking all around the arena. After all, it’s the biggest fan favorite franchise of all time!

The Marvel Universe showed up in full support for their heroes! And some of them looked ravishingly similar.

If Marvel was killing it at the cos plays, we were sure DC wouldn’t be far behind! With Suicide Squad coming up, there were a lot of Harley Quinn’s and Jokers roaming around!

Just the Suicide Squad busy with their antics! The whole cast had a Q&A session with fans over Snapchat the entire day.

The Game of Thrones panel came out in full force to please fans with insider trivia and more facts about the recently concluded season. On the panel were Sophie Turner, Kristian Nairn, Conleth Hill, Issac Hempstead Wright, Nathalie Emmanuel, John Bradley West and Iwan Rheon!

Some of the Game of Thrones cos players left no detail untouched to look exactly like their favorite stars on-screen!

A brilliant “Sadness” from Disney’s Inside Out!

Some people went all-out on the detail on their costumes and came up with exact replicas of the originals! Talk about being a hardcore fan. The dedication these guys have is incredible!

It was no surprise that with the recent mega hit game Pokemon Go taking over everyone’s lives, there were bound to be some Pokemon cos plays! This genius guy mashed up Game of Thrones and Pokemon Go perfectly. Probably the best cosplay!

The cast of AMC’s hit show, The Walking Dead also indulged their fans with pictures and autographs. Norman Reedus as usual was at his bad-ass best!

Pokemon Go has captured The Walking Dead stars too. Guess no one can escape it!

DC’s highly anticipated Wonder Woman panel saw leading lady Gal Gadot along with Chris Pine at the panel discussions!

BBC’s Sherlock which made a highly awaited trailer release at SDCC also saw a panel discussion which included the likes of Sherlock himself aka Benedict Cumberbatch and Mark Gatiss! Benedict Cumberbatch also saw the trailer release for his Marvel venture “Dr. Strange”.

Marvels hit blockbuster Guardians of The Galaxy, which has been under the wraps for quite a while now showed fans a mysterious clip from the second installment of the franchise. Actors Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista were some of the actors present for the discussion panel among others.

All in all, The San Diego Comic Con 2016 revealed some majorly satisfying trailers for TV and for feature films. Actors indulged their fans who had come out to see them in the most creative outfits you could ever imagine. At the end of the day, everyone was happy with what they witnessed! Till next year!
