Vh1 Supersonic 2018 announces its Phase 1 line-up, after a super fab Flash Sale.
Say what! Electronic dance music producer and DJ, Marshmello, is joining the Super line-up at Vh1 Supersonic 2018. And not just that, iconic rock band, Incubus, are also coming down for what seems to be the first time a hardcore rock act will be headline the festival.Β
After moving to Pune this year, Vh1 Supersonic put up its biggest show yet. But looks like they are just about to out-do themselves for the 2018 edition, scheduled to take place between 9th to 11th of February, 2018 at Laxmi Lawns in Pune. The Phase 1 line-up is out and it looks mind-boggling. The tickets are out on 15th November, so keep your eyes glued to thisΒ page.
Here’s the line-up. Read carefully, coz this is going to take a while:
Marshmello, Incubus,Β Dillon Francis, Joseph Capriati, Arjun Vagale, Ash Roy, DJ SA, Ghastly, Donn Bhat + Passenger Revelator, Kohra, Lands, Parekh & Singh, Sound Avtar, Su Real and many more! Also, this is not the end of it, as there will be Phase 2 announcements coming our way really soon. And that is not the end of announcements for today. The glorious Awakenings Stage will be back at the festival, with Joseph Capriati and many more taking over the stage!

The Flash Sale announced Major Lazer and Alt-J as two major headliners for the festival. With Phase 1, the artist line-up just got all the more interesting and exciting. While the festival took a big leap and introduced hip-hop for the 2017 edition, with the addition of Macklemore, this year they are bringing rock and alternative music to their platform. By adding Incubus and Alt-J to the line-up, Vh1 Supersonic is staying true to its multi-genre approach towards the festival. Also, itβs been quite a while since an alt band has performed in India, making the anticipation well worth the wait. So far, the line-up has a strong mix of both Indian and international artists from varied genres, making it one of the best line-ups we have come across at a music festival in ages!
