The world’s largest paint party just got bigger!
Formerly known as ‘Dayglow’, this unique, spectacular and innovative festival began in 2006 on the college campuses of Florida. It has been invading the biggest cities of the world such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Melbourne, London and many more. In no time, this festival has taken the United States by storm. Life In Color has also been a featured stage at Ultra Music Festival in Miami in 2009 and 2010.
This one of a kind experience fuses high-energy music with art, dance and paint into one sensational combination. What originally started off as a college tradition has revolutionized into a globally acclaimed live concert, featuring the best of DJs, astonishing aerial acts, stilt-walkers, contortion acts, fire shows and cannons to deliver the famous ‘Paint Blast’. All this is accompanied with several other unforgettable live performances.
Taking the level of technology to the next level, they introduced the ‘Life In Color 3D’, which includes eye-popping 3D visuals playing throughout the show on multiple screens, dancers performing covered in 3D body paint and each member of the crowd wearing a pair of Life In Color 3D glasses! And all the while, there is an enormous 3D countdown playing eventually leading up to the much-anticipated Paint Blast!
This year, it will be held at Washington, D.C. on September 21st, and will be an all day and night event with multiple stages and even more paint! That’s not it. The best part is the line-up of artists, which includes Afrojack, Cazzette, Nicky Romero, R3hab, Headhunterz – and more are scheduled to perform!
