It is going to be Gaga time at the Super Bowl!

Lady Gaga confirms her Super Bowl LI halftime show. In a recent tweet she announced the show and delighted her fans.

There were constant rumours that Gaga was in conversation about her halftime show at the Super Bowl. She was a part of the opening ceremony last year when she sang the national anthem. The halftime slot was done by Coldplay, with guests Beyonce and Bruno Mars.

Lady Gaga is currently promoting her fifth studio album, Joanne, which has a good number of collaborations in it. It will feature – Florence Welch of Florence + the Machine, Father John Misty, Beck, Mark Ronson, Kevin Parker of Tame Impala and Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age.

Another tweet recently reports her saying that she was planning this since she was four.

She has also quoted,β€œFor me it’s all about giving to the fans and bringing people together who wouldn’t usually come together. The thing is, it’s such a big world stage in terms of how many people see it and it’s been done so many times, I think the challenge is to look at it and say, β€˜What can I do differently? How can I elevate certain little things?’ And also make it about the music. I really want to sing for everyone.”

Gaga is one of the only five women who have headlined at the event!
