The country’s largest music festival is back with a lineup that will make your head spin!
Insomniac and OCESA have just revealed the lineup of artists that will take the stage at the 5th annual Electric Daisy Carnival in Mexico– and let me tell you, it is massive! The largest music event in the country will return to Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez in Mexico City on Saturday, February 24 and Sunday, February 25, 2018. Over 120 iconic dance music acts will be presented over seven stunning stages for two nights of impressive sets, innovative audiovisual production, thrilling carnival rides, creative art installations and thousands of loyal music lovers!
EDC Mexico 2018 will introduce international dance music tastemakers to the country for the very first time. Artists the likes of Eric Prydz, Jauz and Flosstradamus will be performing, with Prydz putting on shows twice over the weekend. He will be presenting a special set under the alias Cirez D. This year’s EDC Mexico 2018 will also mark the long-awaited return of world-renowned DJ and producer Deadmau5, who will be performing seven years after his last EDC show. For the first time since his memorable set in 2015, Tiësto will also be making his widely-anticipated return.
Last year, EDC Mexico ushered a record-breaking 195,000 headliners to the massive Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Since its debut, EDC has seen fans travel from every corner of the world to indulge in the vibrant culture of Mexico City and experience the unparalleled excitement of EDC. This year, EDC will present an all-new stage design at circuitGROUNDS, debuting as the second largest structure at the festival. The expected crowd of over 200,000 guests can look forward to two days of costumed characters, immersive creative elements and even roaming sets on the Boombox Art Car! All indicators point to this year’s edition of EDC Mexico being the largest to date!
