Tapped is India’s first and biggest craft beer festival that marked two successful editions in Mumbai and is now taking the party to Pune!

Well, that is exactly what is in store for you folks down in Pune, as Tapped comes to the city, bringing with it all the booze and the vibes that made the event in Mumbai such a success. Tapped is India’s first and biggest Craft Beer festival, complete with mouth-watering food, games and activities, enough beer to turn a tank over, and all the musical goodness that will get you grooving in the rains.
Tapped is all set to kick off a third edition after two widely successful editions on home turf, that is Mumbai. The event is the combined effort and brainchild of event company,Β ‘LAT’ and food curators and restaurateurs, ‘Little Food Co.’. ‘LAT’Β has previously produced events such asΒ Zizi Land, Naked Comedy Festival, Homegrown Comedy Festival and the Music arena,Β and this time they take their vibrant ‘Tapped’ festival, in partnership with ‘Little Food Co.’ to our metropolitan cousins, Pune! The event held in Pune, partners with Pune-based event company, ‘High Out There’, that is theΒ outdoor event unit of High Spirits Cafe, toΒ flag off the festival.
So what should you expect, apart from the obvious list of brewery taps guzzling down on yourΒ cups? Well, Tapped curates a uniquely wonderful experience by making the event a must attend for people with any agenda on their day. A wide array of 30+ taps of craft beer is sure to meet the tastes of any beer lover. Brews byΒ Independence Brewing Company, Effingut Brewerkz, Kimaya Brewing Company, Flambos Brewpub, Moonshine Meadery, from home turf in Pune, and Mumbai breweries such asΒ Gateway Brewing Co., Brewbot Mumbai, Great State Aleworks,Β will definitely liven your spirits.
A specially curated scrumptious platter of food, ideated by Little Food Co. that includes food served byΒ Terttulia,Β Aufside,Β Street Meat,Β Bubsterrβs,Β The Asian Box,Β Pack-a- pav,Β Savor,Β Goila Butter Chicken, andΒ Waffle HouseΒ will ensure a long stay of mouth-watering delicacies finding their way down the tummy.
To set the mood for the event, Tapped will see some popular acts performing during the festival and getting people to groove along to the rhythm. Acts such asΒ Groove Junktion feat. Michael Pereira,Β The Coconut Water BandΒ and a special set called ‘Untapped’ byΒ The Orange Octopus Records.Β The Orange Octopus Records is an initiative that encourages local and upcoming music talents and gives them a platform to set foot into the music scene and grow.
How can a beer festival be complete without exciting beer game corner to keep you entertained? Tapped brings a list of enjoyable games that you can indulge in such as the classic regulars- beer pong, ring the drink, can toss, flip cup, foosball shoutouts, drunken giant jenga and so much more. The games are organised in three different verticals, with each category being different from the other. The Experiential Zone and the Beer Wealth Games Trial Runs start at 3pm and the Beer Wealth Games Tournament takes place from 7pm to 9pm and is a competitive round, where the winner gets a trophy and gets a beer credit of Rs. 10,000 that can be availed at the High Spirits, Pune.Β
Also, take part in the exciting game rounds organised by entertainment company, Mental Rental, who’ve created a recognition for their popular beerlympics, and organised games.
