It’s time for amazing music, arts, dance and camping out for the wilderness of Ooty!

This three-day festival was scheduled for early May this year. But due to the key supporting partners backing out of the event, the event has now been rescheduled to October. Originally called the M.A.D. festival, the second edition of the festival was to feature artists like Pentagram, Thermal And A Quarter, Grand Pianoramax, Junkyard Groove and The Ska Vengers.

This unique annual extravaganza has no headlining acts – it’s a pure celebration of art! The 2012 edition met with a surge, which lead them to be back in 2013 with bigger acts and exciting add-ons. Every two years, the festival is to unfold at a different destination. This year’s venue is the picturesque Ooty, which will showcase a wide-range of genres like rock, pop, metal and electronic.

This year will also have 8 GoMAD pre-parties, a Live Band Contest, the GoMAD Flicks Contest and a lot more to ensure you have an epic time! The festival allows you to discover a little-known band performing a genre you never knew you’d like! So if you ever planned a trip to Ooty which never materialized, here is an excellent opportunity that you shouldn’t miss!
