PUBG was banned in India in September 2020 along with many other Chinese apps and since then many Indian pubg fans are waiting for a comeback announcement. Unfortunately, PUBG won’t be coming back to India but the fans are getting what they want. Battlegrounds Mobile India, an alternate version of PUBG developed by Krafton, is set to release soon and has already been pre-registered by many.

The beta version was released on June 17, 2021.

From map layouts that promote exploration, to the satisfying shooting mechanics, it seems that nothing is amiss when compared to PUBG Mobile. Performance of battlegrounds mobile India is solid too, defaulting at the maximum possible graphics and frame rate settings available for the phone.

Options like UHD, HDR, and Ultra HD are unavailable at the moment, though tapping them displays a message suggesting they’re coming soon.

There are small changes too as while shooting an enemy, green blood is seen and after you kill them they are not called “kills” as it was in PUBG but Krafton has instead used the term “finish”.

There are small issues and stuff that people might like but as this is just an early access version, changes are expected in the main game.
