If you ask a hardcore rock music fan about which artistes are on his bucket list, the names that have just been announced for UK’s Download Festival will definitely match the lot. Recently, KISS’ Gene Simmons inadvertently leaked the line-up via his Twitter account, so rock fanatics already had a clue about this not-so-secret roster.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a rock music noob, because these are some of the finest names the genre possesses. Legendary figures such as KISS, Judas Priest, Slash, Slipknot and Marilyn Manson will be performing at the festival next June, and there’s no telling who else will pop up next in Download’s roster.
