17-year-old Dutch producer, Martin Garrix, recently broke Beatport records! He’s the youngest artist to top the charts all on his own with his track ‘Animals’. The industry has lately seen a breakthrough in the number of young DJs entering the scene – with the youngest being only 16-years old!

The Sherp lists down some of the amazing fresh talents in the current dance music scene who are not more than 21 years of age:

 

Andrew Rayel – 21 years

This Moldovan trance producer has been creating electronic music since he was 13! His career began in 2005 when he was 17. Signed under the Armada music label, he combines a mix of classical sounds with his music. In 2012, he was ranked number 77 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs. He accompanied Armin van Buuren during the ASOT 600 Expedition tour as one of the performing artists.

Tomas Heredia – 21 years

This youngster from Bueno Aires started producing music at the age of 16 with inspiration from artists like Jean Michael Jarre, Vangelis, Armin van Buuren and Dash Berlin. He recently played brilliant sets at Ultra Music Festival and ASOT 600 Sao Paulo. Looks like a bright future ahead for this trance starlet.
