Crime Writers Festival To Hit New Delhi This January

For all you wannabe Arthur Conan Doyles out there, this is where you need to be.

An exciting new literary festival called the Hindustan Times Crime Writers Festival is set to take place in the capital city in just about a week’s time. The festival aims at promoting the power of the pen specific to the crime fiction genre, and will include an elite team of crime and thriller writers from across the world.

The festival will carefully examine the genre of crime fiction to see how it influences society and reflects the blurring lines of right and wrong in our ever-evolving societies. The esteemed speakers at this gathering will include the likes of Amrita Chowdhury, David Stuart Davies, Angad Bagga and many others. The programme will be spread out over two venues – The India Habitat Centre and the Oxford Bookstore in Connaught Place. Check out the entire schedule HERE.
