Tyler the creator’s latest project debuts at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart; this is his second consecutive #1 on the 200s chart. Call me if you get lost not only went #1 on the chart but was also critically acclaimed by many. The reception by his fans was great as well.

The album rollout had begun last month, and Tyler dropped it after teasing it for a week. The album isn’t as conceptual as IGOR was, Tyler seems to be more in his rapping zone this time around, and he is really comfortable singing in this one.

The production is rich, Tyler is known to have great instrumental and synths in his songs, and Call me if you get lost, just cemented his position as one of the best rappers of this generation. No rapper has had such a good 3 album run in the last decade except for Kendrick Lamar.

Call me if you get lost shows Tyler’s evolution from the brash teenager from Goblin to the sweet and Melo Tyler from IGOR. He can seamlessly switch h between aggressive flows and melodies, a talent a lot of rapers can only dream of.

The album saw some memorable refrencxes and songs which will be cherished for years to come. And yes, the DJ Drama ad-libs in the background of the entire album hype up the album!
