During the first week of  October every year, hundreds of flying enthusiasts from around the globe wait with bated breaths for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. The nine-day sporting extravaganza, which will be held from October 4-12 take places in the scenic Sandia Mountains in New Mexico. Considered to be the world’s most photographed event, the fest ticks all the right boxes for everyone – from the participants as well as the spectators.
