Arjun Vagaleโs live show titled Re:Focus which premiered last year at Puneโs Bacardi NH7 Weekender, is coming back to Pune this October. The exclusive project explores intelligent dance music through his ambient sounds and fresh tracks crafted and performed specifically for the show. The showcase will be accompanied by audio-visual technology that will exhibit the artistic aspect of electronic music.
Bringing original sound to the audience, Re:Focus aims to bring the attention and focus back to the darker side of dance music. The project also features a distinctive lighting concept and a strong visual presence custom-designed by fellow-member of Jalebee Cartel, G-Force. The visuals will be minimal and abstract. It will represent the music, aiming to highlight the audio instead of outdoing it.
Arjun Vagale is without doubt one of Indiaโs most successful electronic music artists that has played a significant role in progressing the electronic music scene in the country. He has become one of the most coveted Indian DJs and is already making a massive global impact. A man with a true passion for the underground, Vagale has played alongside electronic heavyweights like Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Fatboy Slim and several others.
In addition to producing and touring, Arjun runs a global record label โMakTub Musicโ with Uruguayan partner Logistic Soundz. Thatโs not all! He also runs The ILM Academy, which is the premier electronic music school in India. Whatever he does is evident of his dedication towards techno and house.
