The 5th edition of 808 Festival returns with a mouth-watering lineup!

Bangkok’s 808 Festival has just announced the final names for the December 9th and 10th event at Oasis Arena @ Show DC. The names added include Amelie Lens, Axwell, Timmy Trumpet, Slander, Boombox Cartel, ANOTR, DVBBS, Gryffin and Sam Paganni! One of the most anticipated and spectacular festivals in Asia, 808 is known for its great production, immersive atmosphere and world-class bookings, and it seems like this year will not disappoint!

The newest additions to the stellar lineup include Belgian techno proponent Amelie Lens, whose dark and compelling sound has attracted labels like Elevate and Pan Pot’s Second State. This will be her debut performance in Asia, having already played all over the UK, Belgium, Germany, for Circo Loco at DC10 in Ibiza and many events during ADE as well as turning in key sets at landmark festivals like Awakenings.

Swedish house sensation Axwell will also grace the roster, having had a history of playing at the biggest venues and festivals in the world for many years now. Timmy Trumpet, everyone’s favorite pick and a high charter in the latest DJ Mag Top 100 DJ poll will also be joining the two. Besides them, LA duo Slander, the creators of ‘Heaven Trap,’ and Mexican-born duo Boombox Cartel from the Mad Decent label also be playing. There will also be live shows by chart-topper and America’s EDM and future house hero, Gryffin, and Drumcode’s Italian techno stalwart Sam Paganni.

The diverse 808 Festival will feature many styles, ranging from trap to EDM, from house to techno, from hard style to future base and many other forms of trance. This new host of performers will add to the previously announced acts of Vini Vici, Above & Beyond, Kayzo, Ghastly, Flosstradamus and Justin Oh, promising you an enthralling two-day event of immersive music and essential dance scenes and styles.
