Lil Durk adds himself to list of 4 rappers running the game.

Lil Durk is one of the most popular rappers in the hip hop industry today. His stock is going even higher after the release of his seventh studio album 7220. During his interview with the Full Send Podcast on March 23, Durk spoke about the four current leaders in Hip Hop in his mind. He threw himself in the mix along with a group of equally popular rappers.

“You got [Lil] Baby,” Durk said. “I’ma name my three, not the three who the real already know. So, [Lil] Baby, I’ma say Kodak [Black] — this not including the [Young] Thug’s and Future’s — and then I’ma say 21 Savage.”

Like Lil Durk, Kodak Black recently released his new album Back for Everything, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and boasted the platinum-certified top 5 hit “Super Gremlin.”

The fact that all of his shows are selling like hotcake in cities like Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Houston and all across the USA speaks volumes about his popularity at the moment. This performer is not only a rap star – he is a whole package of entertainment. No wonder why Lil Durk concert tickets are being sold out so fast. He is a true rising star.

21 Savage opted to drop off a bevy of excellent guest features in 2021 and has teased a new album to arrive sometime this year. Meanwhile, Lil Baby is arguably the biggest star out of the group thanks to his 2020 album My Turn, which took the rapper into the spotlight and started the incredible run he’s currently on.

Elsewhere in his talk with the Full Send Podcast hosts, Lil Durk also revealed how much he charges for a verse. The number was pretty high and stunned the guests, but it was warranted given how in-demand the Chicago rapper is at the moment.

“If I don’t know you, I ain’t going to lie, I gotta go $350,000,” he said. “I got receipts.”
