Hint: There’s something extraordinary in store for Doctor Who fans.
One of India’s biggest comic conventions, Mumbai Film & Comic Con has been celebrating the world of fandoms with great enthusiasm. After a successful edition last year, which brought Mark Gatiss (Mycroft Holmes) to us, the festival is bringing another fan-pleasing personality to Mumbai.
Sylvester McCoy, the 7th Doctor, will be gracing Mumbai with his presence this December! (If you listen close enough, you can almost hear the sound of Whovians rejoicing.) If you’re as excited as we are, head to their website for ticket and other info.
Apart from Sylvester McCoy, there will be several other things that fans of all ages can indulge in; starting from cosplay, merch, contests and even a robotics workshop. Rob DenBleyker, the author and artist of Cyanide & Happiness will also be joining the celebration in both Mumbai and Delhi – which has its own special guest. Read more about the Delhi edition here.
