Wonderfruit Festival’s ‘Reverse Graffiti’ Is Actually Really Cool

Wonderfruit used the brilliant method of Eco Street Art, aka ‘Reverse Graffiti’ to spread its message of sustainability to the people of Hong Kong.

Wonderfruit festival is a 4-day celebration that brings together like-minded people from all over the world, “uniting mindful living with unique experiences”. With immersive arts, including music, farm to feasts, health and wellness, talks, workshops, and natural adventures, the festival is set amongst stunning plantation fields at Siam Country, Pattaya, Thailand.

Creating communities that incorporate sustainable and socially responsible growth is one of ideals the festival promotes, and this is also part of a growing consciousness movement in Thailand. This style of graffiti comes from these ideas, and it basically involves using a stencil on a dirty wall, and scrubbing the dirt off to create a pattern – in this case, the Wonderfruit logo.
