What you’ll see is a cop decked out in his crispest uniform really rocking those funky beats, with some moves you wouldn’t expect a cop to pull off. Someone at the Rainbow Serpent Festival managed to take a video of this groovy cop and the massive crowd of people he’s surrounded by.
The best part? He blows kisses to his new friends when he’s about to leave!
