A festival entirely dedicated to working out and keeping fit is coming this July. LoveFit Festival will take place at St Clere Estate in Kent from the 28th to the 31st of next month!

If you aren’t a sport enthusiast or a fitness freak and you believe this isn’t your cup of tea – hold it right there, there will be alcohol too! By day, LoveFit has planned sessions with fitness classes led by industry experts, health workshops, competitions & tournaments. By night, the forest transforms into a majestic music festival that blends the UK’s hottest DJ’s and dance acts. The whole thing takes place in the great green outdoors and organizers say that the aim of this festival is to get guests to loosen up in as many ways possible.

Such is the magic of fitness festival LoveFit. Claiming to be the UK’s first boutique music/food/fitness festival, the event aims to combine the likes of Groove Armada’s Tom Findlay and Radio 1 star Danny Howard with major workout giants like SUP Yoga. All this with a side of vegan kebabs, acai bowls, and falafel. The festival will have big name brands such as Ministry of Sound’s Ministry Does Fitness and well-known fitness personalities, classes and instructors, including Charlotte Holmes, Carly Rowena, Kim Hartwell and Callum Melly. Then you have Nike’s yoga trainer, fitness junkie and stellar DJ Jessica Skye – founder of Fat Buddha Yoga – who loves to create the perfect ambiance, and SG Lewis, a house producer from Liverpool.

You’ll get to dance in the lush forest wilderness, participate in yoga sessions, swim in a natural lake, and take part in health workshops, competitions and tournaments. I mean really, what else can you possible ask for?
