On June 14th Tyler The Creator dropped a rather weird video on his youtube channel which showed him making out with a girl. This was totally random, there was no prior information about the teaser being released. Many took this video clip as a teaser to his upcoming project Call me if you get lost!
Tyler has always been pretty vocal about today’s rap culture, according to him if you’re working on a project you shouldn’t feel obliged to share it instantly. Tyler is unlike any other rapper and hence his marketing strategy is also one of a kind. Following up the video clip, he released a new single or part of a single called Lumberjack.
After Lumberjack, he put out another single titled WUSYANAME, it looks like the album is ready and Tyler is laying down the foundation stones for its arrival. WUSYANAME was followed by a new video clip released just recently n which Tyler is seen having a feud with two railway attendants. Just give him his damn salmon! The album will most probably be called Call me if you get lost.
Tyler’s last album was [robably the best of his career, it won a grammy, was well received by critics, had a great single that charted the billboards. Though Igor wasn’t a rap album by any measure, he still won in the best rap album category. But this time around it looks like Tyler is going to be rapping a lot!
Whatever the direction he wants to take the project we as his fans are really excited, lets see what Tyler has in store for us!
