Weekend 1 of the world biggest dance music fiesta, has come and gone with much furore and excitement. This year’s version marked the 10th anniversary of the massive festival – making it extra special fans and artists alike.
Also, Hanz Zimmer produced an absolutely magical hymn in it’s favour. Can’t get more celebratory than that, huh?
While we’re gearing up for round 2 this weekend, let us take you on a trip down memory lane – reliving the anthems we all know and love.
Since it’s inception in 2005, the festival has had a phenomenal impact on dance music, culture, fans, artists, production – creating a whole new world for these people. And in what we assume was an attempt to unite fans of the music festival, 2010 saw the release of the first ever tomorrowland Anthem, which became a festival staple for the coming years. Resident Djs Like Mike and Dimitri Vegas have each year teamed with various other producers like Dada Life and Nervo, to come up with original anthems for each edition
