Red Bull has done it once again: a truly revolutionary concept that transformed the iconic London Eye into a club!
The 30 rotating capsules of the London Eye take about 30 minutes for one revolution. If you’ve been there, all you did was marvel at the breathtaking view of the whole city and click an infinite number of photographs. Who would have thought that this magnificent structure could be converted into a club? Well, there you have it! Red Bull.
Red Bull’s Revolutions in Sound is one of the most innovative concepts. On Thursday November 14, the project brought together 30 of UK’s most exemplary club brands within the 30 enclosed capsules of the colossal Ferris Wheel.
Although the limited number of tickets sold out instantly, fans weren’t disappointed, because the event was streamed live on the internet. A world record for the highest number simultaneous live online streams ever hosted by a broadcaster was broken.
The stellar and star-studded line-up included artists like Richie Hawtin, Rudimental, Skream, Lily Allen, Sasha, Julio Bashmore and many others. The English recording artist and actor Lily Allen played her new track ‘Hard Out Here’ live for the first time. So it could be summed up as a night of many firsts.
