Now, Co-Founder of Multitap Entertainment, Rahul Popawala, has released a new song and you should definitely check it out! The song, titled, “Drowning”, is an easy-going track that talks about drowning into the arms of your loved one. The lyrics go as, “Take Me In Your Arms, diving with you even when I cant breathe. Drowning in you love, cos when I got you I got everything”. The song was even featured on Radio One 94.3 FM and FilterCopy and is soon to be featured on VH1.
Rahul Popawala is a music graduate from Los Angeles. He has been strongly influenced by artists like Sting, John Mayer and Ed Sheeran, and his music styles include a mix of soothing tunes along with finger-style acoustic guitar work. Starting his career at the tender age of 13, Popawala is a self trained guitarist and has played all over Mumbai including Blue Frog, Hard Rock Cafe, High Spirits, Little Door and Farzi Cafe, among others, before taking this career abroad.
As the co-founder of Multitap Entertainment, an Indian Record Company and Production House founded in 2014, he has even composed music for tv ads for the likes of Chillr, Zefo, Artize and Renault.
A graduate of The True School of Music in Mumbai in Vocal Performance, he decided to even join the musicians Institute and enroll in the Independent Artist and the Music Business Program in 2014. He released his debut EP ‘Radiate’ in 2015.
