Peking Duk Vocalize Their Support For Drug Testing At Music Festivals

The Australian duo is all for some hard reduction measures at festivals. 

The buzz around this edition of Stereosonic is yet to die down; everyone seems to be reeling from the tragic events that took place at the festival. This has raised the issue of harm reduction techniques v/s drug bans, at Australian music festivals. While many people support the harm reduction techniques, Australian government do not deem it fruitful.

“On the spot advice isn’t a safeguard and you can actually lead a person into a false sense of safety…They are not necessarily reliable,” said South Australia’s Minister for Police Tony Piccolo.

Peking Duk, an electronic duo from Canberra and a headlining act at Stereosonic voiced their opinion on the matter through social media yesterday. Here’s what they had to say.
