2013 marks the second year of the annual BarQuee Poolside Mixer – an exclusive event hosted by Marquee Cares (the charitable wing of Marquee Las Vegas) that caters to owners as well as their dogs. The proceeds go to a non-profit organization called The Animal Foundation – which operates the largest open-admission animal shelter and pet adoption center in the state of Nevada.
So while your pup is out there mingling with fellow-dogs and relishing the fresh air at the party, you can make some new friends while you sip on your cocktail. And if your dog gets thirsty, you can give him some Bowser Beer. No, we don’t encourage the idea of intoxicating your pet. Relax. It’s a non-alcoholic beer for dogs! BarQuee also offers your dog indulging treatments by ‘The Paw Spa’, so your pup can get a little more spoilt and pampered. What’s more, the first 200 guests to make it at the door receive a gift bag stuffed with exclusive pet items!
However, your dog must not weigh more than 25lbs and leashed at all times. The hotel policy also necessitates that your dog is up to date with all shots.
