Jack U fans, rejoice! Fresh from his massive free concert in Cuba as Major Lazer, Diplo announced plans to release new songs, and they’ll be here just in time for Coachella!
Diplo stated in the interview that he was working on some new Jack U material before the interview with Charlie Rose, that happened in the back of a vintage car that drove around Cuba. The interview has since been taken down from the official CBS website, but a YouTube user has uploaded the interview here. Check it out!

If this is true, we might see a brand-new Jack U set at Coachella, where they’re on the lineup alongside Calvin Harris, LCD Soundsystem and Guns n’ Roses. Jack U is scheduled to perform at the annual festival on April 15 and April 22. It has been quite a while since we have heard new stuff from the duo, so Coachella might just change that!
