As you all must know, the enterprising and innovative folk at The Wild City will be hosting a 3-day music and ‘experience’ festival this December from the 13th to the 15th.
Creatively termed – The Magnetic Fields Festival, the organizers urge us all to, “Step into our world; 3 days of music, art, food and magical connections in a 17th century palace in Shekawati, Rajasthan.”

As promised the festival will be set against the magnificent backdrop of a palace-turned hotel – The Alsisar Mahal in Rajasthan and will feature some great breakthrough music – in true Wild City fashion, while partnering with design & concept brand – 11.11 + WeThePpl, Alsisar Mahal and THOT.
Apart from the music, there will be lots to look forward to. While attendees can choose between living in luxury tents or palace suites – they will also be privy to yoga sessions, art workshops, costume balls and good local food with ‘an alternative twist’.
And ticket prices are a bit steep for the average festival-goer, the whole festival screams ‘experience’ and definitely looks like something worth spending a bit dough on.
The line-up is something worth dwelling on – with some Indian indie bigwigs thrown in i.e Midival Punditz, BBC, Sky Rabbit and Shaa’ir + Func, Peter Cat Recording, there is a helluva lot of upcoming cutting edge artists who will feature at the festival. For now, international acts include Robot Koch (whose track features in the teaser), Shiva Soundsystem, V.I.V.E.K, Orifice Vulgatron (Foreign Beggars) and Engine Earz with more to be announced soon!
