Two months after masked trap producer Marshmello tweeted about Deadmau5 flipping him off at Ultra 2016, the Canadian stalwart retaliated in his usual way on Twitter, calling Marshmello a dickhead who followed him everywhere.
Marshmello was quick to reply though, taking screenshots of the mau5’s tweets and claiming that all he wanted to do was give him a hug and tell him to stay ‘mello’.
It all started with Mello tweeting in March about the incident.
I tried saying hi to @deadmau5 at @ultra because I think he is one of the greats but he just flipped me off and walked away lol ??

And, as usual, things escalated when Deadmau5 finally remembered that he had some unfinished business to attend to.

Marshmello tweeted these after the infamous tirade, positioning himself as the more mature of the two.
