The 3rd annual MURFEST (Malaysian Urban Retreat Festival) returns with an amazing line-up of world class presenters and a market place of health and wellness!
From November 4th to 6th, indulge in some fun at the health and wellness inspired three-day festival. The annual MURFEST has a brand new location to offer this year, taking place at the Malaysian Tourism Centre (MaTiC) within Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
Over the span of three days, you can expect to indulge in workshops (including free sessions open to the public) covering yoga, dance and many more fitness-related activities presented by international presenters. There will be a marketplace which will offer you healthy food and drink options, spa treatments, pulse reading, electro-muscle stimulation workouts, and much more. You can expect a carnival-like atmosphere all around, with food trucks serving up some delicious grub with a hearty, healthy twist along with snacks and entertainment for the whole family! In addition, there will be music workshops, spa treatments, and a chill out music lounge called ‘Nadi Night’ on Friday evening after the workshops.
Also don’t miss GLO KL, a one-of-a-kind dance party, which is coupled with awesome glow lights and apparel! It consists of different dance classes like Zumba and Salsation which will be conducted by renowned international artists!
